3 months

Poor little Jackson is cutting his first tooth. For being in pain tho, hes not too much of a grump. He is getting so big! He is three months old and already growing out of some of his 3-6 month clothing. He is not only gaining weight but getting soooo long! We think he is going to get the height from my side of the family and reach over six feet tall. It already seems like he is outgrowing his stroller and car seat. He is still talking up a storm and has now started laughing uncontrollably at the weirdest things...it is so cute to hear him laugh.

almost 3 months

Jackson will be 3 months old in about a week! He is no loger considered a newborn but an infant. Its crazy to think that he was conceived this time one year ago...what a year its been!! Jackson is holding his head up really well, but still gets tired and needs to rest his neck. He coos and talks up a storm, especially for Grandma Paula :) He is right on target for weight and height... also seems to be right on target developmentally. He is a very smiley baby and laughs a lot in his sleep. These first 3 months have been fun but we are looking forward to him moving around and growing an even bigger personality :)

We are praying to god that this hair falls off haha! If my son has a fur sweater, its time to start waxing.

My First Bath

We had to wait until the umbilical cord stump fell off and healed before Jackson could have a bath, after a month of sponge baths, heres his first REAL bath

2 weeks old

Jackson is 15 days old today. He already has little characteristics and definitely knows what he likes and dislikes. He hates to be cold and cries every time his diaper is changed...he is a hand sucker, he hasn't quite figured out how to use the thumb so he just puts the whole hand in his mouth. He is very attached to his pacifier and absolutely HATES his crib...he will only sleep in the swing that grandma and grandpa bought him. He is a tiny little guy and has a TON of hair on his whole body, even on his shoulders (were hoping the books are right about that falling off in a few weeks). Most importantly, he is happy and healthy!!!! Tyson and I are enjoying every second of him :)
