This entry will be more of a 'family' entry rather than just Jackson. We all had a great time on the family vacation to Encinitas CA. We got to spend the time in a gorgeous house that Grandma and Grandpa rented, got to go to the San Diego Zoo and most importantly got more beach time (our favorite)
